Hold Me

Hold me love
Like a sword drawn in battle
Stab me love
With unseen metal.

Wield me my love
Like a sabre in hand
Sliding, slashing
Across the land.

Linger my love
Upon sceptre so tall
My queen of yore
Even holds a ball.

Grip me love
Like a dagger held tight
Piercing me gently
Deep in the night.

And when war is done
And love is made
Stab yourself dearest
With hilt turned blade.
